Return Policy for Various Luxury Handbag Brands

Gucci return policy 

Gucci’s return policy is the most customer-friendly among the other luxury brands. 

  • All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days for online purchases. 
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. 
  • Free complimentary returns with a prepaid shipping label. 

If you want a refund, then it takes about 7-10 business days once the item arrives with them. 

Like other luxury brands, Gucci has a final sale policy on personalized and made-to-order items 

Ferragamo return policy 

Ferragamo’s return policy is as follows: 

  • Returns must be within 14 days for online orders, within 30 days for full-priced items, and within 10 days for sale items. 
  • All items must be returned in unused, original condition with tags attached, and complete packaging included. 
  • Prepaid return shipping label is provided, but original shipping costs are not reimbursed 

Once the item reaches their warehouse and passes an inspection, the refund will be issued within 14 days. 

Chanel return policy 

Chanel’s return policy is one of the most restrictive, and honestly, most confusing, since it all varies by region. 

In general, Chanel allows: 

  • Returns for online purchases within 14 days of delivery 
  • All items must be unused, in pristine condition, and returned with original packaging and tags attached 

But Chanel has strict quality inspections. So, any signs of wear, damage, or even opened packaging may result in a return being rejected. 

Many Chanel boutiques, except for the US, do not offer refunds. Usually, the amount will be in the form of store credit or an exchange. 

Louis Vuitton return policy 

Louis Vuitton’s return policy is relatively straightforward compared to other luxury brands’ return policies. 

Their return policy is as follows: 

  • 30-day window for returns or exchanges from the date of purchase or delivery. 
  • Items must be in perfect, sellable condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation, such as receipts and dust bags. 
  • Provide complimentary returns. 

Once the item is received and approved, a full refund is usually issued to the original payment method 

However, personalized or made-to-order items are not included in their return policy.

Dior return policy 

Dior’s return policy is as follows: 

  • Usually, it offers a standard 30-day return window. 
  • Items are unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, tags, and accessories. 

Once the item is received and approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. 

Their return method is relatively easy because it's through an online platform and selects in-store boutiques, but the return shipping is not always free.  

The prepaid return label may be deducted from the final refund amount, depending on your region. 

Fendi return policy 

Fendi’s return policy is probably the most restrictive. Their return policy is as follows: 

  • 14 days for returns or exchanges for online purchases 
  • Items are in completely unused, original condition with all tags, packaging, and even security seals still attached 

It does include a free prepaid shipping label, but you can also return your Fendi item at selected boutiques. 

Once the item arrives at the warehouse and is verified, a refund can be issued via the original payment method.  

Similar to other luxury brands, all sales are final for personalized products and open fragrances.

BVLGARI return policy 

Bvlgari return policy is as follows: 

  • Allows returns or exchanges for online purchases within 30 days of delivery 
  • Items are unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging included. 

However, the refund depends on how and where the item was purchased. Online orders are eligible for refund, and in-store returns usually allow exchanges or store credit rather than a refund. 

As usual, personalized items and fragrances are not included.
