Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

WLD reserves the right to charge a 30% restocking fee for returns resulting from buyer's remorse.

If an order is refused, abandoned, returned to WLD, or otherwise cannot be delivered because the buyer fails or refuses to pay any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other import charges imposed by the destination country, the return will be treated as a buyer-initiated return. In such cases, WLD reserves the right to deduct a 30% restocking fee, all original shipping charges, any return shipping costs, and any fees incurred as a result of the refused shipment from the refund.

Requests to cancel an order or receive a refund before the item has shipped are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If a returned item is lost, abandoned, seized, destroyed, or otherwise fails to arrive back at WLD for any reason, WLD bears no responsibility to issue a refund. Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been successfully received and inspected by WLD.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that it has been received.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment, less any applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, customs-related costs, return shipping costs, and any other fees incurred in connection with the return. Refund processing times depend on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error by WLD or the item was received damaged or materially different from its description, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
